Using WellTrained

WellTrained helps organize dog profiles, sessions, skills, notes, progress, and training history. It does not train or assess a dog in person. You remain responsible for information entered, training decisions, the environment, and the safety of people and animals.

Accounts and subscriptions

• Some features require an account and active paid plan. Paid access starts only after verified payment confirmation.
• Basic, Family, and Premium are recurring monthly or annual subscriptions and renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the current paid period.
• Cancelling does not automatically delete saved account or training data.

AI reviews and app content

AI progress reviews use summarized patterns from saved logs and are prepared only when requested. They may be incomplete or incorrect. Training prompts, skill descriptions, reports, awards, and certificate previews are informational and are not professional certifications or advice.

Acceptable use

Do not bypass payment, interfere with the service, misuse test access, attempt to access another user's data, or use WellTrained to justify unsafe handling. For serious behaviour, health, or safety concerns, seek qualified help.
