Is WellTrained a replacement for a trainer?
No. WellTrained is a dog-training journal and progress tracker. It helps organize practice, notes, skills, and history. Seek qualified professional help when behaviour, health, or safety concerns require it.
Can I use it with my trainer, class, book, or course?
Yes. WellTrained is designed to record homework, sessions, observations, progress, and next steps from the approach you already use.
What if I do not know what to practise next?
Review recent logs, skills, optional guided plans, and AI-assisted progress reviews to choose one small next focus.
Can I use it for more than one dog?
Yes. Basic supports one dog. Family supports up to five dogs. Premium supports up to twenty-five dogs.
Does it support different training styles?
WellTrained records the work and context entered by the owner. It does not prescribe one method for every dog.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Account export tools provide a copy of available dog and training information.
How do AI progress reviews work?
Paid users enable reviews, save enough logs, and press Prepare review. The app then summarizes saved-log patterns. Reviews are optional and may be incomplete or incorrect.
How do payments work?
Paid plans use Stripe-hosted checkout. WellTrained does not store full card details. Plan access starts after verified payment confirmation.
Are awards or certificates official?
No. They represent activity recorded inside WellTrained and are not official behaviour, service, sport, therapy, or obedience certifications.
